All information for each treatment is available on Booksy. If you require top up treatments they are six weeks and from twelve months. Please click the “Book Now “ link below to see all prices and treatments and book your appointment.

The “Pay Now” link 🔗 below ⬇️ is for clients that want to use PayPal.

Shadesink requires a 50% deposit on all bookings through Booksy and the balance on the day of your appointment.

If you request to use the “Pay Later” option over three months or more you will need to click the PayPal link 🔗directly with PayPal. Please send me a message regarding your treatments and payment to go through this process.

Refund policy:

Shadesink has a no refund policy after any treatment.If you are unhappy with the treatment and Shadesink feels it’s a genuine concern a refund will be considered or an alternative solution will be suggested.

Shadesink honours a no cancellation fee and a full refund of your deposit/payment if you wish to cancel your appointment up to five days prior to your appointment. If you cancel after the five day timeframe Shadesink is within their rights to retain your deposit. This is also mentioned on the Booksy page for Shadesink.

Late cancellations:

Shadesink enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment. Please call or text Shadesink if you are running a few minutes late we allow up to 15 minutes. If you are late by 15 minutes or more it will be considered as a no-show and you will be charged for remaining the balance of your treatment. Shadesink has to be considerate to all clients being booked in before and after each client .

The cancellation fee is the cost of your chosen treatment and is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page which is 5 days , no cancellation fee is required.

Booking a treatment.

You will be expected to pay for your appointment either at the salon, or by phone or online on the Booksy app paying a 50% deposit,and once the treatment is completed on the day you will be asked to pay your balance either by card or bacs or cash.
